Three Angels Boutique does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on www.threeangelsboutique.com.au. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Three Angels Boutique will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Three Angels Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Three Angels Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
Our items is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
If an item purchased from Three Angels Boutique incurs damage, please contact us first at email@example.com prior to returning it to the store. We may take the item in, review the damage and possible cause, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Three Angels Boutique creates personalised jewellery, and therefore are final sale and are not eligible for return; we do not accept returns under change of mind. Eligible returns are those that have been assessed by Three Angels Boutique as damaged in transit, faulty or Three Angels Boutique has engraved incorrectly. Please ensure you check your engraving details closely prior to submitting your order. Eligible returns are offered exchange, store credit or refund. You must contact Three Angels Boutique at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of order delivery.

Eligible return items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund). A sale receipt is emailed to you at time of purchase to reduce paper wastage.
Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by Three Angels Boutique.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Three Angels Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Three Angels Boutique returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

We ship domestically using Australia Post. We offer express and standard shipping services.
We ship internationally to all countries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Three Angels Boutique is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination, but is generally 3 to 5 business days. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.
Once your item has been shipped you will automatically receive a tracking number if you have left your mobile number and email address on check out. You can also request your tracking number via firstname.lastname@example.org .
