Order processing typically takes 1 – 14 business day, dependent on the complexity of the jewelry purchased or during high processing times such as Christmas period . Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped the following day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are flat rate costs; dependent on your choice of standard tracked or express tracked within Australia. We ship domestically using Australia Post.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Three Angels Boutique. We ship internationally with Australia Post. All brokerage fees are included, however Three Angels Boutique is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items listed at full retail value. Australia Post International generally takes 6+ business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.
Three Angels Boutique creates personalised jewelry, and therefore are final sale and are not eligible for return; we do not accept returns under change of mind. Eligible returns are those that have been assessed by Three Angels Boutique as damaged in transit, faulty or Three Angels Boutique has engraved incorrectly. Please ensure you check your engraving details closely prior to submitting your order. Eligible returns are offered exchange, store credit or refund. You must contact Three Angels Boutique at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of order delivery.

Eligible return items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund). A sale receipt is emailed to you at time of purchase to reduce paper wastage.
Customers will assume responsibility for return postage charges. Three Angels Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Three Angels Boutique email address firstname.lastname@example.org .
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be posted back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
If an item purchased from Three Angels Boutique incurs damage, please contact us at email email@example.com first prior to returning it to the store. If required, we will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
