what is your Return policy?
I am always happy to work with you to create your special keepsake piece of jewellery, and will always try to meet your needs. As all items are custom personalised as per your specifications and created just for you, I do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind or if incorrect spelling for inscription is provided by you.
However, if I have made a mistake with inscription or if your item is faulty; I will gladly remake your order for you where possible.
In the event that a piece if no longer available, I will provide a exchange or refund.
You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the owner of Three Angels Boutique, and your statutory rights will be upheld.
